Run your LinkedIn brand on the

A 12-week program for B2B teams. You leave with a content system you own, running on the same AI setup the team uses every day.

The problem

Why most B2B teams end up with a LinkedIn
presence that doesn't sell anything.

01 / The stack

Every option looks reasonable from the outside. From the inside, each one breaks the same way.

01 / Ghostwriter
×

The voice never lands.

Six months in, you stop recognizing yourself and go silent.

02 / ChatGPT solo
×

Everything sounds like everyone else.

Same model, same prompt, same rhythm as every other founder typing into the same box.

03 / In-house hire
×

Good is expensive. Cheap does not deliver.

A hire strong enough to do this costs a full salary and still needs months to ramp. Anyone cheaper will not produce work that moves.

04 / Course or playbook
×

Information without the system to apply it.

You finish the course. You still don't ship.

The quality loop

Every B2B post earns
its way to publish.

03 / Quality

Every draft gets scored against a real quality bar. Failed posts get a diagnosis, not a delete.

A 5-dimension quality bar, 38 / 50 to pass

  • 01
Hook strengthDoes the first line earn the second?
    /10
  • 02
Narrative coherenceDoes the post arc, or does it list?
    /10
  • 03
Voice fidelityDoes it sound like you, or like AI?
    /10
  • 04
Value densityOne real idea, or three vague gestures?
    /10
  • 05
Ending disciplineDoes the close earn the CTA?
    /10

Most drafts pass on the second pass. Some never make it. The ones that don't get retired, not forced through.

What you leave with

The full content system,
yours to keep.

04 / Deliverables

The files sit in your drive. Runnable by you, or anyone you onboard.

Voice profile

A working document of how you actually sound, not how you think you sound.

ICP definition

Specific enough to write directly to one person, not "B2B founders."

Content pillars

Four to six themes that compound, not a calendar of one-off ideas.

Optimized LinkedIn profile

Headline, banner, About, featured. Written to convert profile visits.

Published post log

25 to 35 posts shipped over the 12 weeks, with the data on which ones moved.

Hook judgment

Trained against sixty viral templates. You see a hook, you know if it will move.

Idea methodology

Three live sources plus your own back-catalog mining. Never blank again.

Content mix discipline

The right ratio of utility, story, opinion. Auditable each week.

Daily engagement rhythm

One hour, five phases, four metrics. A habit you can keep.

Brand visual spec

Colors, fonts, layout rules. One spec, runnable by DIY or pro.

Lead magnet resources

Six formats, ready to deploy: playbook, guide, template, checklist, swipe file, blueprint.

Cross-platform repurpose

One post becomes five formats, restructured for each platform.

ABM + Clay integration

Engagement signal flows into enrichment, into tiered outbound. Live by Week 12.

Maintenance cadence

Weekly, monthly, quarterly. The routine that keeps it running after we are gone.

And the ability to onboard a new team member into the system without us.

Claude for content: animated 7-step pipeline from research to publish

Seven steps. One workflow. Every post.

After Week 12

Your folder. Your prompts. Your skills.

Every artifact above sits in your drive on the last day. The pipeline runs on your inputs. Your next hire onboards into it.

FAQ

Questions before the call.

Do I need to be technical to run this?
No. The stack runs inside Claude, with skills layered on top, and the APIs, integrations, and automations are pre-built. If you can describe what you want, you can run it.
What if I already have a content writer or agency?
Bring them in. The program teaches the system, and the system is what your writer uses. Most agencies are downstream of judgment and voice, so once those are in place, the existing team gets sharper, not displaced.
How much time does this take per week?
Plan for 3 hours per week during active phases: one hour of live working session, the rest spread across writing, engagement, and reviewing outputs.
What happens after Week 12?
You own the system. All artifacts (voice profile, skills, brand spec, ABM integration) sit in your environment, and a quarterly check-in is available if you want one. The program is designed for you to graduate, not subscribe.
Do I need to use Claude specifically?
Claude does the heaviest lifting because it is the strongest model for long-form judgment right now. Most clients run the system inside Claude. Other models in the stack are swappable for equivalents.
What if my team has in-house designers?
Use them. Expert mode plugs Figma and your designer into the same brand spec. Most clients use both DIY and Expert depending on the post.
Is this for me if I have no LinkedIn presence today?
Yes. Most clients start from a quiet account, and the 12 weeks are built around going from zero rhythm to a publishing operation. Starting fresh is sometimes easier than untangling years of mixed signals.
Can we onboard more than one person from my company?
Yes. Companies often onboard founders and several key employees together.
